No refunds, exchanges, or extensions. Guest is responsible for booking session(s) according to licensed massage therapist online schedule. After session(s) are purchased, the guest has 90 days to book session(s) after 90-days purchased session(s) automatically expires. There is a 15-minute grace period upon late arrival(no extra time will be added to late arrival). After 20mins guest WILL NOT be seen. If the guest no-shows session, a $25 fee will be charged to the card on file. Late cancelations charged $25.
