I am the founder and CEO of MTstyle Massage Studio. I had a lot of health issues that caused me to reconsider western medicine and look into healing my body from the inside out, holistically. Attending The Institute of Beauty and Wellness located in downtown Milwaukee, WI helped me truly become in tune with how my body feels and operates, from the cells, to what I am putting inside of me. I not only became healthier while attending the massage program at IBW, but I also became fully aware that my body is a living breathing organism and I need to treat it as such.
Learning to not over stress my mind so that my breaths clear the negative energy deep within my soul. Realizing that the things I do during the day affect my body.
That is why I love working with my guests. Many are living from the neck up. In this day and age we are all so tuned into the outside world we forget that we need to concentrate on the very thing we so easily forget everyday. Ourselves.
I want to help my guests rekindle that love for one self, enjoy the body they are living in and manifest a healthy lifestyle. After all massage is not a luxury it is a way of life. Together we can work to not just make our own mind, body and spirit well but that of the world too.
